Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We do not provide estimates of any duty, VAT, taxes, or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of the Canary Islands as these are specific to each destination country. Buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.​

Please provide a physical street address for delivery, as we cannot deliver shipments to P.O. boxes. We will not be liable if shipment is lost because of lack of the physical street address.
